If you are a foreigner looking to invest in Indonesia, we highly recommend applying for the Investor KITAS.

Investor KITAS and Permit (Index 313 & 314)

Validity:

• Index 313: Up to 5 years (initial stay: 1 year)
• Index 314: Up to 8 years (initial stay: 2 years)

Onshore Application:

Apply without visiting Indonesia, enter once e-Visa is ready.

Offshore Application:

Submit documents and enter Indonesia when e-Visa is issued.

Requirements:

• Passport (valid for 18+ months onshore, 30+ months offshore)
• Current visa validity (60 days for onshore)
• Vaccination certificate
• Company sponsor documents
• Domicile letter, police report

Processing Time:

• Onshore: 38-45 working days
• Offshore: 21-30 working days
