At Agorasky, we provide end-to-end assistance — from company structure to visa approval — so you can focus on growing your business in Indonesia.
What is an Investor Visa (KITAS Index 313 & 314)?
Investor KITAS is a type of Limited Stay Permit designed for:
Shareholders actively involved in Indonesian companies
Directors or commissioners listed in the company’s deed
Entrepreneurs establishing PMA (foreign investment companies)
Validity & Types
Index 313: Valid for 1 year, extendable up to 5 years
